Some of the common troubleshooting questions we receive, are ones concerning low bubble output or issues with the LED lighting system. Both of these problems are easily fixable!

Bubble Output – First, it is important that you use distilled water in your bubble water wall. New bubble wands tend to have a break-in period, where it may experience decreased air pressure and decreased bubble output for around 24-48 hours. The majority of the time, the problem is that the bubble wand has become clogged. Cleaning your bubble wands regularly is vital for keeping your bubble water wall in perfect condition! LED Lighting – Lighting problems aren’t nearly as common, but occasionally, they do arise. The LED lights are an amazing effect to a bubble water wall, so we understand the need to keep them working properly! Usually, LED lighting problems are caused when the power or light strip plugs become disconnected. This is an easy fix! The most important thing to remember, is that you should always unplug and drain your bubble water wall during the troubleshooting process.
