Shipping Our Bubble Fountains

Handling Time: Once orders are completed and payment is made, all units will require approximately 5 business days lead time before being shipping out. In the rare event your order will exceed this time frame, we will notify you immediately with an updated ship date.

Shipping Costs: Even though we include shipping for free on most orders, we take packaging and shipping of your order very seriously and with great care, we also spare no expense in the quality of materials we use.

Packaging: At BubbleWall, the packaging of your fountain for shipping is of the highest concern, and we have decades of experience shipping all over the world. We use many types of foam, protective liners, and filler padding as excellent protection for your unit. Specially designed crates and boxes are used to provide structure and support during the transport process.

Boxing or Crating: Depending on the size and weight of your bubble panel, we may utilize a large heavy duty, double thickness shipping box, or a wood crate to ship your order. The base, stand, or other peripheral pieces may be shipped in another package separate from the crate. We assemble our shipping containers to withstand the roughest possible shipping conditions and handling. We take pride in assuring your item gets to you in the same condition it leaves us in!

Shipping Providers: We use FedEx Ground, and Home Delivery services for our shipping and have had a great level of performance, care, and professionalism from them over the years. For large custom orders we use FedEx Freight, again because we believe they provide the best possible quality for our customers.

Shipping Time: Every order will vary with distance, time of the week or year, and service used. We try not to estimate delivery times as we do not have full control over the shipping companies schedules, however once shipped, most orders will transport cross-country USA within 4-5 business days on average. Closer destinations such as the southwest, will be 1-2 business days.

Preparation for Receiving Your Order: If you have ordered an extra large or custom fountain, it will arrive in a wood crate on delivery. Make sure you open from the shipping labeled side, as marked on the crate. For the protection of your item, we have to construct the crate with fasteners such as staples or nails. Always use caution and the proper safety equipment when opening your crate. Some basic tools to assist in the opening your crate are a pry-bar, or flat headed screw driver. Never drive the prying tool all the way into the inner space of the crate, as damage can occur to the fountain.
